DESCRIPTION:By raising awareness for National Prostate Cancer Month in September\, we’re offering FREE prostate screenings on Wednesday\, September 17th from 6:00-9:00 AM and Thursday\, September 18th from 3:00-6:00 PM.\nCriteria:\n\nBetween the ages of 55-75\, unless prostate cancer is in family history.\nCurrently not under the care of a Urologist and never had prostate cancer.\nHave not had a PSA done in the last 9 months.\n\n\nTo reserve appointment spot\, contact our Outreach Coordinator at 419-394-6132 or email nthis@jtdmh.org.
