DESCRIPTION:Support group meeting dates for 2025 are held every 4th Wednesday from 12:30-2:00 PM at the YMCA South Branch –Minster.\nPhysical and Speech Therapy exercise program offered every Wednesday for 15 weeks from 12:30-2:00PM. Registration not required\, walk ins welcome. Includes 45 minutes of physical therapy and 45 minutes of speech therapy.\nThis program is supported by a community grant from the Parkinson’s Foundation.

SUMMARY:Womens Walk for Wellness
DESCRIPTION:Join us for the Women’s Walk for Wellness on Saturday\, July 26 starting at 8:00. A flat 3.1-mile course that starts and finishes at the Lion’s Club Shelter House on Ash Street. The walk will be along the Rotary Walkway (Boardwalk) taking the ramp (at the docks) to West Bank Road to the 1/2 way turn around\, then coming back the same route to complete the full 5K distance.\nFor more information\, please contact our Community Outreach Coordinator\, Stefanie Lowry\, at 419-394-6132.
