Grand Lake Health System welcomes Gaurav Pahouja, MD, a board-certified urologist, to Grand Lake Urology in St. Marys. Dr. Pahouja brings extensive experience in urologic care, with special interests in kidney stones, enlarged prostate (BPH), overactive bladder and urologic oncology.

Education and Training

Dr. Pahouja earned his undergraduate degree from Kent State University before receiving his medical degree from Northeast Ohio Medical University. He completed his urology residency and chief year at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago, where he trained in a broad range of urological conditions and procedures.

Dr. Pahouja is passionate about providing specialized care while building personal, long-term relationships with his patients. He chose urology because it combines meaningful patient relationships with surgical solutions that can help improve quality of life.
