Joint Township District Memorial Hospital has received the 2026 Gold Award from the Ohio Cancer Incidence Surveillance System for its complete and timely reporting of cancer data.
Administered by the Ohio Department of Health, the Ohio Cancer Incidence Surveillance System collects information about newly diagnosed cancer cases throughout Ohio. To qualify for the 2026 Gold Award, hospitals had to report at least 90% of cancer cases diagnosed in 2025 by September 1, 2026, and respond to requests for additional information from the state registry within 30 days.
Joint Township District Memorial Hospital was among the 51% of eligible Ohio hospitals that met the criteria for the 2026 Gold Award.
Supporting Cancer Surveillance Across Ohio
