Walk with a Doc
- Grand Lake Health System has joined the international Walk with A Doc movement! With hundreds of chapters around the world, Walk with a Doc inspires communities through movement and conversation.

- This month, you’ll take a few minutes to learn about Strengthening the Core with Jed Kohne, PA-C, then spend the rest of the hour enjoying a healthy walk at your own pace and distance. It’s a great way to be active, learn about health, and meet new friends.
