Take charge of your health this season at our annual Fall Health Fair—featuring free screenings, affordable labs, and expert guidance from our care team.

Grand Lake Health System invites the community to take charge of their well-being at the Fall Health Fair, held at Grand Lake Primary Care, 1140 South Knoxville Avenue, Medical Office Building, Suite D, St. Marys, Ohio. The Health Fair is from 7am – 9 am on Saturday, November 8th.

The event offers a full lineup of free health screenings, including osteoporosis, blood pressure, and glucose checks. Visitors can also receive flu shots and skin checks, and take part in a Cardiac Q&A session with Dr. Kakarla, who will share helpful information about heart health and prevention.

Guests can access affordable lab testing for comprehensive panels such as thyroid, Vitamin D, A1C, CRP, and PSA levels. A Drug Take Back station will also be available for community members to safely dispose of unused or expired medications (no liquids accepted).

Through this annual event, Grand Lake Health System continues to promote prevention and wellness while providing valuable health resources to the region. The Fall Health Fair encourages everyone to stay informed, get screened, and make their health a priority.
