Kevin Dirksen is a highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation in critical care and leadership. He earned both her Master and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Saint Francis, graduating with high honors and additional studies in chemistry and biology.
With a background in Cardiovascular ICU nursing since 2014 at Lutheran Hospital, he brings extensive experience in post-operative care, advanced life support, and patient-centered communication. He is certified in ACLS, BLS, and trained in complex procedures including ECMO, VAD, and CRRT.
Throughout his education and career, he has demonstrated strong leadership—serving as President of the Student Nurses Association and holding roles in student government. His dedication has been recognized with multiple awards, including the Presidential Volunteer Service Award and the Excellence in Service Award from the University of Saint Francis.
