Dr. Alexander received her medical degree from the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, Ohio. She completed her residency at Kettering Medical Center – Grandview Hospital in Dayton, Ohio, specializing in adult neurology and is board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Neurology and Psychiatry. Dr. Alexander is a member of the Ohio Osteopathic Association, the American Academy of Neurology and the American Osteopathic Association.
