Dr. Padmaja Chalasani is a board-certified internal medicine physician with over 30 years of experience in both rural and urban healthcare settings. Since January 2022, she has been providing compassionate, patient-centered care at Grand Lake Primary Care in St. Marys, OH. Prior to this, she served the St. Marys community at St. Marys Family Practice from 1998 to 2021.
Dr. Chalasani completed her internal medicine residency at Catholic Medical Center in New York, affiliated with Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and began her career as a general physician in India. She earned her MBBS from Rangaraya Medical College, Andhra University, graduating with top honors
