Our program has received recognition by the American Diabetes Association as an approved education program. We focus on each individual's needs and setting realistic goals to promote a healthier lifestyle and better management of their diabetes. We offer both individual consultations and group classes to ensure that patients feel comfortable with their diabetes management plan when they complete the program.
